Get your finest costume to the Retro Planet Costume Meet-Ups! Here is your chance to meet and take photos with your fellow cosplayers! All ages are welcome. It is FREE to participate with a valid Retro Planet badge or wristband.
How do Costume Meet-ups work?
1) First, make sure you RSVP to our Official Retro Planet Facebook Convention page.
2) Then, watch for our official Costume Meet-ups poll posted into that event page and group. This is where you can suggest and vote for your favorite fandoms to make it to the official schedule*.
3) Take some time to prepare your cosplay while you’re waiting for the schedule* to be announced.
4) The schedule* will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram; one month from the the event date. When the schedule* is posted you’ll be able to view it online on the Retro Planet website on the Costume Meet Ups page, and printed in the Costume Meet-Ups Area and any information booth.
5) Show up 5 minutes before each scheduled* fandom meet-up. When it is time, Volunteers and Media Team will direct cosplayers for their scheduled* Costume Meet-up photo shoot.
6) Photos will be posted to the Costume Meet-ups album on our official Facebook page.
